Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Opened Products
Because TruNoni is a food product, we can’t accept returns of opened or unopened bottles or packages.
Refund Timing
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
